Return or exchange is not available for coffee products. Order cannot be canceled after delivery to the shipping company chosen by the customer. Exchange and return are available for other products provided the store is notified after receiving the order within 3 days, provided the products are not tampered with. The customer has the right to exchange products in general and return them when they arrive damaged or unusable, provided the store is notified upon arrival with photos and proof of damage and harm. Return or exchange is available for other products within three working days after the customer receives the order, and shipping is at the customer's expense.
